9/11 Day started with a group of family members and friends who met to figure out how to best pay tribute to their loved ones. They decided their mission was to transform 9/11 into a day of service and unity and ask all Americans to do just one good deed on the anniversary of 9/11 in tribute to the victims and first responders.
