ARPA for the Arts is presented by the Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis and the American Rescue Plan Act. This is a grant funding program is dedicated to eligible working artists and arts organizations in St. Louis City who lost income due to the COVID-19 pandemic. First priority recipients are those who live in a QCT. If you do not live in a QCT, RAC will waitlist your application. Awards will be dispersed until funds are depleted. Applications close October 15, 2023.
