Business, educational districts join forces

Thanks to the leadership of Consortium Chair Dr. Thomas F. George, chancellor of the University of Missouri-St. Louis, the St. Louis Regional Chamber and the Cortex Innovation Communities have joined as members of the Higher Education Consortium of Greater Metropolitan St. Louis.

“We are extremely enthusiastic about this new, formal partnership between our educational and business communities,” Executive Director of HEC-TV Dennis Riggs, said. “Having all parties at the same table will lead to new and powerful synergies that will grow and strengthen our region.”

The Higher Education Consortium continues its mission to provide member colleges and universities the opportunity to meet and discuss topics of interest and enhance students access to, and achievement in, higher education. HEC-TV continues to strengthen and promote the education, arts, and cultural communities in the St. Louis Metropolitan area.

Welcome aboard St. Louis Regional Chamber and Cortex! We are proud to have you!
