CAIR-MO Presents Creativity & Identity at CAM

For the second year in a row, CAIR-MO hosts Creativity & Identity: An American Muslim Art Exhibition, St. Louis’ only art exhibit made up entirely of works from local Muslim artists. Faizan Syed, the Executive Director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations – Missouri (CAIR-MO), and CAIR Intern Yusra Ali explain how this event has grown since it’s debut last year as the nation’s first all Muslim art exhibit.
The show took place on the evening of March 31, 2018 at the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis and featured 36 artists and multiple performers.
