It is meant to be a place where art and ideas of the future meet the realities of the here and now. The “Dwell In Other Futures” Art Festival is as much an idea as an exhibit. Artists’ work revolve around visions of the future, particularly for cities. But the hope is those visions of tomorrow can provide a few ideas for how to improve things today.
