The Endangered Wolf Center is successfully reintroducing wolves into the wild.

Few animals are as misunderstood as the wolf. Wolves are actually quite shy and fear humans. But because of the misperception of wolves as fearsome predators, they have become endangered and their population in the wild has dwindled. The Endangered Wolf Center works to educate people about Mexican gray wolves, American red wolves and other wild canid species.
