Bobby Hutchinson is just one of hundreds of military veterans from Illinois and Missouri who claims golf “saved their life.” He now mentors other veterans through the Gateway chapter of PGA Hope (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere.) It’s the flagship military program of PGA REACH, the charitable foundation of the PGA of America. The St. Louis/Gateway Chapter PGA HOPE offers free lessons and equipment throughout the year to introduce golf to active-duty military and military veterans to enhance their physical, social, mental and emotional well-being.
