Explores the world of movement with Modern American Dance Company and teaches how the original MADCO dance, Disconnect, was created. Recorded live from the Touhill Performing Arts Center, HEC-TV’s Tim Gore is joined by Stacy West, MADCO Artistic Director and choreographer Todd Weeks and the company dancers for an active discussion about the creative elements of dance. Keysor Elementary School’s Fifth Grade participates in activities and contributes thought-provoking questions for discussion. This program was partially funded by the Missouri Arts Council.
