Life in today’s world can sometime seem a bit cloudy – to say the least. That’s why in March 2020 Todd Doughty started finding rays of sunshine to brighten people’s days and Instagram feeds. It started as lists of memories, art, songs, and movie lines that made him and his social media followers smile. Now, those lists are part of a bright, sunny book (the book cover is a happy yellow) called “Little Piece of Hope: Happy-Making Things in a Difficult World.” Todd Doughty talks with us about where he finds all these pieces of joy, growing up in the Midwest as a book lover, how he became a publicist and the several pinch-me moments he’s had along the way.
