In “Pleasure is All Mine” at The Gallery at The Kranzberg, Lola Ogbara contemplates, examines, and reconstructs the black female form through conceptual, grotesque, and provocative imagery. Her clay sculptures, photographs, and video challenge the viewer on their own preconceptions as well as Western society’s portrayal of black women.
