Moments of Silence

    In response to the Ferguson crisis, a group of local artists, The Coalition of Artists for Peace, assembled a collection of artwork and created a touring exhibition entitled, Moments of Silence: A Response to the Ferguson Experience. It’s a reflective exhibition on the state of human relationships in the wake of a national crisis. Moments of Silence will visit a number of Universities in the St. Louis and Jefferson City metro area through May 8th. The exhibition will travel to Harris Stowe State University in St. Louis City (January 23-February 6), to Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri (Feb.15-March 3, Artist Reception Feb. 20, 5-7 pm) and back to Florissant Valley Community College, in the Ferguson-Florissant suburb of St. Louis County (March 11-May 8, 2015, Artist Lecture & Reception March 11, 1:30-3:30 pm).
