A Washington University School of Medicine researcher is creating the possibility for remote controlled medication. In mice, the lab has successfully delivered drugs to the brain by the click of a hand held remote. The hope is to create devices to deliver drugs directly to the human brain, as well as tissue in other parts of the body.
