Jacoby Arts Center presents a joyful exhibit by the Chairman of Soulard Art Gallery Rich Brooks. When the global health crisis forced his gallery to close in the spring of 2020 he began painting outside every day with a focus on making art that could inspire smiles during that dark time. Now a selection of the work he made over the last thousand days is on display for the community to enjoy.
