The Black Rep has opened it’s 2024 season with the world premiere of “Hold On!” The play is a stage adaptation written by the same author who wrote the screenplay for the movie “Selma,” which explores the successful voting rights protests of 1965 through the relationship between Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and President Lyndon Johnson.
