Schankman’s St. Louis: Wanted! St. Louis Blues Anthem Singer

A surprising choice was made at a recent audition for a person or group to perform The Star-Spangled Banner at an upcoming St. Louis Blues home game. For the past three years, the team has partnered with the St. Louis Symphony to give local performers the chance to try out for the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. After hundreds of online auditions, the final 30 appeared before a panel of judges including retired Blues anthemist Charles Glenn.
