World Trade Center St. Louis established a connection for an expansion of the Siteman Cancer Center to Shouzou, just outside of Nanjing, China (one of St. Louis’ Sister Cities) that broke ground in late October 2019. They are partnering with Huici Health Management Co. to build the hospital.
