Everyone knows the sight of the St. Louis riverfront, showcasing the iconic Gateway Arch. But what was the area like long ago? The new permanent installation at the Gateway Arch National Park uses VR to transport visitors back in time to the 1850s, where they’ll learn about life on the riverfront and witness the stories of some real historical St. Louisans.
