St. Louis has just started a chapter of the VR/AR association. The international association has over 28,000 members with over 70 chapters worldwide. Organizations include large organizations like Google, Facebook, Microsoft, but there is a critical mass of local entrepreneurs now coalescing around an evolving hybrid technology called MR (mixed reality).

What does this all mean and why should the general public care about these technologies? We will interview the founder of the local chapter of the VR/AR Association and a local businesswoman who is successfully selling MR apps to find out what the technology is, why it is relevant to our community, and what the future might look like.
