Webster Arts is an organization that not only puts on outstanding art exhibitions, but also goes out of its way to provide the community with fun and engaging creative activities. Chalk Fest was the latest event hosted by Webster Arts on August 7, 2021. Artists, families, and neighbors gathered to create unique temporary works of art on designate sections of pavement in Webster Groves.
