Some immigrants new to St. Louis are launching careers in coding after graduating from a developer boot camp at Claim Academy. A scholarship program paved the way for successful applicants to learn skills that may result in good paying jobs. The privately funded scholarship program is part of St. Louis’ Afghan Support Program, designed to attract immigrants to the metropolitan region.
