At the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis, the Spring 2025 exhibitions Like Water and Make the River Present examine water’s significance through art. Ferring Foundation Chief Curator, Dean Daderko discusses how artists in Like Water engage with fluidity, history, and the environment. Michelle Dezember, CAM’s Director of Learning & Engagement, highlights the art collectives involved with Make the River Present, which reconnects St. Louis with its rivers through art and cultural stewardship. Together, these exhibitions invite reflection on water’s power, presence, and impact. The exhibitions are open until August 10th, 2025.
