In October, LGBTQ+ History Month, the Missouri History Museum was the site of a cast reunion and performance of selections from “Some of My Best Friends Are…” which was originally produced in St. Louis in 1989, and ran to sold out houses for three months. In many ways, the play is considered a landmark in local theater and LGBTQ+ history.
