The top 14 health and lifestyle risk factors for dementia

Addressing 14 health and lifestyle factors could prevent nearly half of global dementia cases, according to a recent report by the Lancet Commission on dementia prevention, intervention and care.

The researchers calculate that if society and individuals could completely address the 14 health and lifestyle factors, it could prevent or delay nearly half (45%) of dementia cases.
