“The Tide” is the story of the interaction between “K”, an android, and Mara. Mara teaches K to dance thus teaching her human feelings. “The Dryad Tree” updates the Greek myth of a female creature who inhabits a tree which leads to a jealous rivalry with the tree-owners’ wife, all very tongue-in-cheek.
