The Tilford Brothers opened up a ghost kitchen as an alternative option to their regular Mission Taco Joint in their industrial kitchen located in Webster Groves. Holy Mole is their attempt at trying to revive a restaurant of their own past in a new way. Ghost Kitchens are not a new concept for the coasts, but as the pandemic has made restaurant owners rethink their business strategy this phenomenon has started to look more practical.
