Jennie C. Jones creates work that lives between sound and sight, using materials like felt, acoustic panels, and paint to shape both visual form and sonic presence. Her exhibition at the Pulitzer Arts Foundation, A Line When Broken Begins Again, brings together new and recent paintings, sculptures, drawings, and a site-responsive installation in conversation with the building’s architecture and Ellsworth Kelly’s Blue Black. Jones’s practice transforms abstraction into an experience that invites us to listen as much as we look. In addition, Jones presents Other Octaves, a curated exhibition highlighting artists who have served as personal influences and creative touchstones throughout her career.
