Vivent Health, formerly known as St. Louis Effort for AIDS (EFA), is Missouri’s first HIV medical home. Vivent Health offers a pharmacy, health care clinic, food pantry, social services department and dental care facilities — all in one convenient location in downtown St. Louis. Testing services are provided free of charge. Case managers work with clients to develop individualized plans around the support they need.
