In its fifth year, the St. Lou Fringe Fest showcases new and original performances from St. Louis and across the nation. It is part of a world wide series of festivals devoted to empowering performing artists to share their works. Matthew Kerns speaks about the festival, while Elizabeth Townsend talks about her one woman show, “COUNT TIME! The Life and Times of Patricia Prewitt.” Partners of the St. Lou Fringe include Grand Center, the Missouri Arts Council, Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis, and the Kranzberg Arts Center.
